Program Managed large and transformative initiatives. Responsible for setting performance standards, tracking compliance and progress and providing MVP definitions, KPIs, goals and reports including roadmaps to track success.

Directed the removal of PII from lower environments throughout a $2.5b organization with hundreds of applications. Success was tracked through compliance reporting software and KPIs. Enforcement completed with individual SMEs. Teams included 30+ application teams
Tracked the success of transformative Outcomes Based Delivery initiatives through definition of KPIs and MPV prior to the release throughout the organization. Responsible for removing barriers for delivery teams.


Improved data quality from 18 to 64 percentage points by creating a core governance team for the consistent and appropriate use of the company's "source of truth" project tracking software. Created materials and Landing sites for program education and reference and defined and tracked KPIs for data quality. Followed up with teams and individuals who were not meeting the standards of data quality providing counseling, education and resources.
Developed portfolio management system for multiple initiatives and consolidated reports across multiple government project portfolios.


Tracked capital asset requests and SOWs from offshore teams for company wide technical projects
Developed and monitored consolidated reports and dashboards for the PMO organization for all projects and portfolios. This included 22+ projects accross the enterprise and multiple applications which used a combination of waterfall and agile methodologies.
